FAQ
Questions before you put a product into China.
Short answers about scope, rights, channels, validation and what happens after the first decision.
One principle
Every deeper stage—research, localization, testing, distribution or commercial operation—has its own scope and approval.
Do I need to provide my complete course?
No. Start with a public link, outline, sample, or short description. We request only what is needed for the current decision.
Is OriBridge mainly a market-research service?
No. Assessment is the first decision gate. When the evidence supports it, later work can include localization, China-native platform setup, content distribution and real demand validation.
What does a China validation actually measure?
Depending on the product: content response, qualified inquiries, trial interest, consultations, user feedback and—when appropriate and authorized—real paid signals.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. We build a bounded test designed to produce evidence. We do not promise fixed sales, GMV or returns.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do. A request, assessment or payment does not transfer copyright or grant blanket content rights.
Do you require exclusivity?
No for the initial assessment and validation discussion. Any later exclusivity would require a separate written agreement.
Which China channels can you work with?
Depending on the route: Douyin, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, WeChat private traffic, Xiaoe-tech, creator collaboration and livestream.
Can you localize an AI or software-dependent course?
We first test whether the underlying tools and workflows are accessible and natural in China. If not, the product may need workflow redesign, not just translation.
How do fees work?
The initial request and fit screen can begin without payment. Paid research, localization, pilot execution or commercial work is scoped and confirmed separately before payment.
What happens if the evidence is weak?
We may recommend refining the offer or pausing. Avoiding a larger bad investment is a valid result.
