Privacy
Privacy principles for a careful first step.
This page explains the current OriBridge form boundary, internal public-data research, and how first-step enquiries are handled.
Information we may receive
When you contact us or submit a validation request, we may receive your name, business email, role or stage, product or channel links, selected answers about assets and China questions, and the context you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate whether a China-market assessment is appropriate, prepare internal assessment materials, and maintain a traceable record of relevant business communication. A submission is not authorization to use your materials.
How the current forms work
The China Market Validation Request sends the fields you submit to OriBridge systems and the official business inbox at contact@oribridge.org. The current website is not designed as a customer-facing account system. The analytics and cookie use currently in place is described below. Please do not submit confidential paid materials through the form.
Website analytics
OriBridge uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate website and blog traffic, such as page views, approximate location, device type, referral source, and basic engagement. GA4 is provided by Google; it may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not send form contents, passwords, or other confidential materials to GA4. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or other controls provided by Google.
Internal YouTube API research
OriBridge may use the YouTube Data API in a limited internal, read-only client to review public channel and video metadata for creator and knowledge-product discovery. This client does not access private account data, use OAuth, retrieve protected contact data, or act on a creator's YouTube account or content. Public API data is used only for internal research, is refreshed or deleted no later than 30 days after retrieval, and is not treated as contact permission or authorization to use content.
For a deletion request concerning YouTube API data, email contact@oribridge.org with the relevant public channel or video URL. See the Creator Discovery API notice for data categories, purpose, and links to the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube terms.
Who handles an enquiry
Terra Digital LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, administers the OriBridge website and international enquiries. If a China-based engagement requires a designated China operating company, that entity and any necessary information-sharing boundary will be identified before the engagement and payment.
Our approach
We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed for the business purpose, limit access to people who need it for that purpose, and respect access, correction, deletion, and stop-contact requests where applicable. We do not sell personal information as a business practice.
Requests
For privacy, access, correction, deletion, or stop-contact requests, email contact@oribridge.org.
Updates
OriBridge may update this page as the company entity, data handling process, and operational systems are finalized. Material changes to the information collected or its use should be reflected here before they take effect.
