This site explains OriBridge's current direction and public boundaries. It does not create a partnership, authorization, representation, or commercial commitment.

Informational use

Website materials are provided for general business communication. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

No authorization through this site

Submitting a validation request, contacting OriBridge, sharing a link, receiving an assessment, or discussing a potential China-market test does not authorize any use of content, paid materials, brand assets, likeness, trademarks, product files, or channel access.

YouTube Data API client

OriBridge's Creator Discovery client is an internal, read-only research tool that may use public data made available through the YouTube Data API. It does not operate a public YouTube service, access private data, use OAuth, or modify YouTube accounts or content. The client does not make OriBridge an agent, partner, representative, or authorized user of a channel owner, and an API result does not create a right to contact, use, localize, publish, distribute, or sell any creator content.

This limited API use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and applicable YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Details of the information, retention, refresh, and deletion process are in our Creator Discovery API notice and Privacy notice.

No promise of outcome

OriBridge does not promise sales, GMV, income, market access, distribution volume, or a fixed return. A China Product Card or test proposal is an assessment or discussion tool, not a performance guarantee.

Separate written arrangements

Any content use, localization, testing, distribution, licensing, revenue share, exclusivity, enterprise training, payment, confidentiality, or settlement arrangement must be addressed in a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

Contracting entity

OriBridge is a brand. International engagements may be contracted through Terra Digital LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. China-based execution is carried out through a designated China operating company. The applicable legal entity, payment recipient, service scope, and commercial terms are identified in the relevant proposal and agreement before payment.

Changes to this site

OriBridge may update public materials as its operating model and trust documentation develop. The current site is not a record of a completed overseas product partnership.

Agreement-specific terms: governing law, dispute resolution, registered details, fees, taxes, refunds, rights, and delivery obligations are confirmed in the signed agreement for the engagement.
