Creator Discovery API notice

Public YouTube data, used only for internal research.

OriBridge, operated for international engagements by Terra Digital LLC, uses a limited read-only YouTube Data API v3 client to research publicly available creator and knowledge-product signals.

Not a creator service

This is not a public-facing YouTube service. It does not log creators in, connect to their accounts, or act on their behalf.

What the client does

Limited, internal, and read-only

Data scope

Public metadata only

We may retrieve public channel, video, and playlist metadata available through the YouTube Data API v3, such as names, descriptions, publication information, public statistics, and public URLs.

Purpose

Internal research

The data supports internal research into creators and expert-led knowledge products. It is not a public directory, creator profile service, or account-management tool.

Retention

30-day limit

API-derived public data is refreshed or deleted no later than 30 days after retrieval, unless a shorter period is required.

What the client does not do

No account or private-data access

No OAuth

We do not use OAuth, request YouTube account access, or access private account data.

No protected email data

We do not retrieve or store protected email information through the YouTube Data API client.

No changes to YouTube

We do not modify YouTube accounts, channels, videos, playlists, comments, or other creator content.

Rights and requests

An API result is not permission.

Finding public metadata does not create contact permission or any right to use, localize, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit creator content. Those activities require the appropriate separate permission or written agreement.

To request deletion of YouTube API data associated with a public channel, video, or playlist URL, email contact@oribridge.org and include the relevant public URL. We will review the request under our retention and legal obligations.
